Beartown rocks is a collection of very large rocks located in Clear Creek state park. Many of the rocks are quite large and several stories tall.
There are a few trails that descend away from the parking lot, but most people come to wander around in the forest meandering between the boulders.
There is an overlook on the top of one of the boulders, with some pretty amazing views.
Did I mention there are lots of rocks here? Other than that, the other star of the show is the trees, and how they seem to be growing everywhere, some on top of the rocks, others in between them.
